The Contigo Philosophy

When Karina and I started planning our boutique community on the ocean near Cerritos beach in Baja, Mexico, we wanted a name that reflected how we look at the world and what we value. We quickly settled on Contigo Cerritos.

You see, Contigo means "with you,” which shapes every decision we make. We mean it when we say we want to be with you. For example, our founders who initially invested with us, are all our friends who will live with us and be a part of this community. 

As we go through every detail of the design, we are with you, our future neighbors, thinking about all the different ways you will use the property:

Do you have a large family and need three bedrooms? We have an option for that.

Want a place to cook with your neighbors and friends? We’ve designed a large outdoor kitchen for you to enjoy.

Hosting a small group of executives? Our conference center will fulfill your needs.

What about short-term renting your unit? Our onsite property management office and our concierge can accommodate your guests in a way that will garner 5-star reviews.

Our Contigo philosophy of being with you goes further than the numerous features and benefits of our development. We understand that it can be intimidating to move to a foreign country. As we have gone through this process ourselves, we have gathered expertise and a group of highly professional local people to help you with everything from obtaining permanent Mexican residency to locating and buying a car. Of course, we will also provide packages so you can select beautifully designed, locally sourced furniture for your home that gets delivered with your property.
