Obviously, for a project the size and complexity, it takes a team of specialists across a wide range of disciplines to design every detail, plan every step of the project for execution, and navigate all the government regulation and bureaucracy. From the beginning, we have worked hard to assemble the most talented and devoted team of professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and the team just keeps getting better!
Today, we're thrilled to introduce two remarkable additions to our team, both of whom call the Cerritos area home while boasting a global footprint in crafting high-end havens for individuals and prominent resorts. Their local connection meshes seamlessly with our deep appreciation for the natural landscape and the shared commitment to enhancing it. Introducing Brian Koenig and INNOVATE DESIGN STUDIO
You may recall that we have not yet designed the resort areas on the 16,000 square feet of the most beautiful rocky beach anywhere in the area, and we knew we needed a design that would do it justice. Brian Koenig of INNOVATE DESIGN STUDIO is the dynamic landscape architect at the forefront of a mission to redefine the outdoor experience at Contigo Cerritos.
But INNOVATE DESIGN STUDIO are more than just landscape architects; they're visionaries known for their design contributions to some of the most iconic names in the world of leisure travel. Their portfolio boasts projects like the Four Seasons Santa Barbara Biltmore, the Four Seasons Hualalai, the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea, the Four Seasons Resort Bahrain, and many more.
With a specialty in the master planning and design of destination resorts, residential estates, urban environments, and livable communities, INNOVATE DESIGN STUDIO has redefined what it means to design a space. Their signature approach transcends traditional design concepts, focusing on the creation of meaningful and memorable experiences for guests. They call it “Experience Design”, and Brian's expertise is set to transform Contigo Cerritos into a haven of natural beauty, blending luxury with the essence of the region, setting a new standard for coastal landscape design.
Introducing Christian Minor and OCHO+CO
Of course, the finishing touches are what truly make a house a home, and we have found the perfect partner with Christian Minor and his Interior Design firm OCHO+CO. They are set to play a pivotal role for both the Contigo Resort as well as our valued clients.
With an extensive Interior Design background in the United States, Christian has now permanently made Todos Santos his home. Here, his company OCHO+CO specializes in Designing and Crafting custom furniture & accessories tailored to both the luxury home and hotel markets in both Mexico and the United States. His portfolio includes projects with prestigious names such as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, One&Only Palmilla, Chileno Bay, as well as numerous luxury custom homes, both in Mexico and abroad.
OCHO+CO will be at the helm for all Interior Design collections for the Resort, Villas, and Casitas throughout Contigo Cerritos. Their extensive travels throughout Mexico, Latin America, Europe, and Asia have enabled them to bring together a team of 100+ artisans and craftsmen, dedicated to designing and constructing some of the most incredible furniture and spaces, custom-made for their clients and ours. We are thrilled to collaborate with Christian and his team, and we're excited to provide each of our clients with personalized design time with OCHO+CO for interior finishes and furniture.
